Terms & Conditions – Christmas Hire 2024 Giveaway
By participating in this giveaway, you are agreeing to these giveaway terms and conditions. This giveaway is being run by Equi-Trek Ltd.
This giveaway is open to UK entrants only. If you are under 25 years of age, you must have someone over the age of 25 with a Full UK driving license eligible to drive the hire vehicle.
Equi-Trek Ltd employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
The giveaway is completely free to enter.
Entry is via Equi-Trek Ltd social media channels only. The giveaway closes midnight on December 25, 2024.
The Prize:
The prize is a ‘seven-day free hire of an Equi-Trek 3.5T horsebox’ – subject to availability. The prize must be taken before April 30, 2025.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal value or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
The winner must adhere to and accept the terms and conditions of hire set by Trek-Trailers (part of the Trek-Group Limited).
Equi-Trek Ltd’s decision on any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement:
The winner will be chosen at random and notified via social media on January 7, 2025.
If the winner does not respond via social media within 14 days of the announcement, they forfeit their right to the prize.
Data Protection and Publicity:
By entering you agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the giveaway will be used by Equi-Trek Ltd for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
The winners first name and surname will be announced on Equi-Trek Ltd’s social media channels.
General:
Equi-Trek Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the giveaway or being selected for the prize.
Equi-Trek Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the giveaway or amend these terms and conditions.
